John Griffin Butchers is an award-winning craft butchers based in Listowel, Co. Kerry. They specialise in fresh and frozen meats including handmade sausages. The company also has contracts with local restaurants of which they stock.
John’s business is growing year on year which meant he was faced with some decisions as to how to best expand the business.
