We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive/Content Specialist. This is an exciting time to join the business.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a central role in the business development of the CRS Group in Ireland and the UK.
The role will focus on researching, collating and creating content to feed into the overall marketing strategy for the business.
A Key deliverable will be delivering content for effective online and offline marketing campaigns throughout the business.
Overall Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to feed into the overall development of the Marketing Strategy of the business. This is a learning and development opportunity for a potential candidate who would be excited to make their mark in the organisation.
- Being fully aware of the CRS Marketing plan with a month-by-month calendar of activities in order to produce content in a timely manner to ensure these calendars of activities can be adhered to.
- Speak to Engineers and account managers on a regular basis to gather information about past and future customer jobs as input for content creation.
- Developing content for advertisements and magazines and all publications, creating content for PR companies as required
- Gathering customer testimonials for publication and developing case studies on an ongoing basis for use on all online and social media platforms
- Visiting customer sites & videoing installations for use in marketing campaigns.
- Gathering marketing intelligence while onsite with customers for company use
- Manage content for all CRS online profiles including Web, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Managing the budget for content gathering and creation in conjunction with the management team
- Determine new opportunities by analysing the business needs of existing and potential customers.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and other media as required.
- Prepare all material for trade shows
- Writing and proofreading copy
- Liaising with designers and printers
- Organising photo shoots and video shoots to create video content as required
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials and reviewing all materials currently being sent to customers
- Customer profiling and industry segmentation, create content specific to each target industry
- Maintaining and updating own and client databases in our company CRM.
- Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- Conducting market research such as client questionnaires, competitor analysis and focus groups.
- Evaluating marketing campaigns on a continual basis.
- Monitoring competitor activity.
- Supporting the Managing Director and other colleagues and associates as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Marketing degree or third level qualification in Marketing.
- 3 years of Marketing experience in a service or manufacturing environment.
- Previous content creation role.
